Fathers Day spent at the Gateway

This year Scot was on a motorcycle ride so the girls and I had to come up with something to do with this special day. Why, shopping sounded fine with us. We headed downtown to do some shopping, laughing, eating and generally enjoying our time together. First we did some shopping (where McKenzie got the cutest Build-a-Bear, Bunny) and saw the sights:

Then we decided to have lunch at Panda Express.
Then we thought it would be fun to go into a few shops and let the girls simply try on different clothes with the attitude of "anything goes." This was quite a fun time as you can see:The Gateway has the best water display, so McKenzie ran through the jets and got extremely wet. She laughed the whole time, which made Amanda and I laugh too.

All in all, we missed Scot, but found that family is what Fathers Day is about and intended to make the most of what we had on hand - - an the girls were it!!! Happy Fathers Day!
